Informations

  • in each task work of PhD students and labex teams will be presented as short talks (10-15mn), posters and tools demonstrations, there will be discussions on current work, perspectives, possible collaborations and actions inside the labex.
  • slides are in english, presentations will be in french or english depending on the audience
  • lunch will be outside : dont forget to bring your sunhat, sunglasses, ombrella…
  • wireless networks : both eduroam and eduspot are available but not very reliable…
  • demos are in Room 1038 (see session chairs for schedule)
  • posters will be presented in Room 1016
